Professional Services and Consulting

Deliver the AWS or DevOps outcome that needs a defined finish.

Use Consulting for a well-scoped project: an AWS migration, modernization initiative, landing zone, Terraform platform, delivery pipeline, security remediation, cost program, or focused cloud build. We define the outcome, build it in your environment, and hand it back to your team ready to operate.

Fixed price or time and materials, depending on the project and your preference. Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins.

From business problem to working handoff

01

Understand the outcome

Start with the Free AWS Assessment to clarify the goal, current state, constraints, urgency, and people involved.

02

Scope the engagement

The proposal and SOW define deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, and price.

03

Build visibly

Work lands in your AWS accounts and repositories through reviewable pull requests, demonstrations, and agreed milestones.

04

Transfer ownership

Your team receives the code, diagrams, runbooks, dependency records, and knowledge needed to operate what shipped.

Choose the structure that fits the project

Fixed price works well when the outcome, boundaries, and acceptance criteria can be defined before delivery. Time and materials fits work where discovery and implementation need to move together.

Both models begin with a written scope. If the requested outcome changes, we agree on the changed work before it continues.

Client collaboration and delivery are scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM in the primary U.S. business time zone named in the SOW.

Built for ownership

Your environment, repositories, and operating knowledge stay with your team

Each engagement has a named senior lead accountable from scope through handoff. Engagement-specific work is delivered into client-controlled accounts and repositories. A 60-day support window helps your team take over after acceptance; ongoing capacity is available separately when the backlog continues.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of project fits Consulting?

A defined AWS or DevOps outcome that can be scoped to a finish: migrations, modernization, landing zones, Terraform platforms, CI/CD, GitOps, networking, security remediation, cost work, AI infrastructure, or a focused cloud build.

Do you work fixed price or time and materials?

Both. We recommend the model that best matches the certainty, risk, and discovery required, then state the chosen model in the SOW.

What happens when the scope changes?

We review the impact and agree on the changed work before continuing. That keeps delivery priorities, timing, and price visible.

Can you stay involved after the project?

Yes. Support and Advisory provides recurring monthly engineering capacity against a shared backlog. It is separate from the project and does not include monitoring or pager duty.
